Only three days into the Tour, we have three properties under locked down and under contract in Columbus Ohio. We’ve got some pretty favorable Owner Financing terms worked out with the seller on two of the properties. This happened pretty dern quick, considering we were only here for a half day on the first. I guess our “Real Life” Wholesaling techniques are going to work everywhere!

Now we have to get busy and SELL these properties. And only 25 days left to do it.  I know I can.I know I can….

Here’s the details on the houses that we have under contract and FOR SALE in Columbus.
By the way, we just mailed out more marketing, so there may be even more deals to come!
