Our Mission
To step out in to unfamiliar territory and put ourselves through the ultimate challenge..Find and Flip a house in an unfamiliar market in 30 days or less. The Rolling Real Estate Tour will find and flip ten houses starting July 2008 thru July 2009 in ten markets across the great United States.
Guru’s every where say ” you can have check in 30 days or less” wholesaling house. So lets see. Are they right or are they wrong.
The Rolling Real Estate Tour will test 10 different markets to see if it truly can be done ANYWHERE. Does it work where YOU live, we’ll see.
10 Cities ( all named on our map page) will be put to the test.
The Goal:
To buy and sell at least one house in each city without using any of our own cash or credit in 30 days or less. (and yes, each one of these cities are unfamiliar territory).
TO show fellow real estate investors how easy it real is to wholesale houses no matter where you live in the country by pulling the curtian back on wholesaling.
